Immerse yourself in wildflowers

at this class created intentionally to help you slow down, breathe deep, and truly savor the beauty so abundantly found along roadsides and throughout the hillsides, meadows and pastures of Western South Dakota.

There is joy-giving peace of mind that flows into your spirit when you take the time to notice. 

​

Be amazed at the intricate design of a flower petal. 

​

Learn how to create art from common objects like stones and fallen tree branches, grasses and wildflowers.

​

In this class, you will create an 8 x 8 or 8 x 10 inch shadow box style wood panel piece layered with paper collage from vintage ephemera and scrapbook papers, a clay floral impression, and embellish a frame with weathered sticks and multi-colored stones. Choose from inspirational words to give extra meaning to your work.

​

All art supplies, materials, and instruction will be provided.
