A Comparison between Modalert and Waklert

There are a variety of drugs in the market to treat the same disease. It becomes very difficult for us to decide which one to choose. So, we see that our preference for a drug depends on how we react to that particular drug.

Comparison between Waklert and Modalert

Both the drugs

have the same effect on individuals. That is, they help in wakefulness. They both offer cognitive benefits to individuals. In short, if a person is looking for a drug that can increase concentration, focus, and improved memory then he can use this drug. The difference in both the drugs lies in the composition. Modalert contains Modafinil as the key ingredient while Waklert contains Armodafinil in its composition. Waklert comes in 150mg tablet and has to be taken once a day with water with or without food. The dosage of Modalert is 200mg single tablet that has to be taken once a day.

Hence, we see that 150mg of Waklert is equivalent to 200mg of Modalert. Waklert may have a slow effect at first but later blends more quickly in the blood. Modalert, on the other hand, blends more slowly and so the users of Modalert claim a low number of side effects. It is ultimately on the user to decide which drug is better as the reaction of one individual may be different from the other.
